In 1978, Alan started a small property management and real estate company – Grace Property Management. It is because of his diligence and wisdom that we have become who we are today. Still a family-owned business, over the past 45+ years we have served residents and real estate investors of multiple generations. As our Founder, Alan ensures that we never lose our focus on the integrity and relationship based customer service philosophy upon which we were founded. Alan is enjoying a well-deserved semi-retirement; spending time with his 12 grandchildren.

Alexis has managed real estate for over 20 years. As an Executive Commercial Property Manager, she manages both residential and commercial properties. She has the unique skill set to understand both commercial and residential property management. Alexis holds the prestigious ACoM (Accredited Commercial Property Manager) certification, from IREM, and holds a designation as a Certified Negotiations Expert in Real Estate Sales. Alexis is known for her results-oriented focus, creative problem-solving, and get-it-done attitude. About:

Christina kicked off her career in property management in 2006. In 2011, she joined Grace Management as an Assistant Property Manager. After a couple of years, she decided to travel and found herself exploring all the beautiful beaches in Hawai'i while managing several retail stores. Upon her return to Colorado, she curved her career back to the property management industry. She started as a leasing agent and excelled in each role until she was named Mentor of the Year as the Senior Business Manager of her region. Christina brings a high work ethic and quickly solves the most challenging problems.

Emily joined Grace Property Management in 2024 as an Office Assistant. Emily is working to attain her real estate license. Prior to joining Grace, Emily worked as an insurance agent. When Emily is not busy assisting residents, owners and team members, she enjoys spending her time hiking with her dog Mila, and attending car shows around Colorado.

Ben joined Grace Property Management in 2019 as a Commercial Property Management assistant. Ben attained his real estate license in 2020 and built his own portfolio that he stepped into full time in 2021. After 23 years in the multifamily world, Kristin decided to come work for Grace Management in 2018 and is one of our most experienced Executive Property Managers. While in the multifamily scene, Kristin started out as a floating leasing consultant, perfected property marketing, then moved to staff management and training. As our Director of Accounting, our company collects over 99% of rents due each month, which is significantly higher than the industry average of just over 90%. Marc grew up in the real estate world and spent many years pulling weeds, painting walls, and showing properties for Grace Property Management, the company his father founded in 1978. Today Marc serves in the role of President of the company. Marc performs legal expert witness work in Colorado and is a national educator on property management, having taught in over 25 states. Marc was named the national property manager of the year in 2018 by Think Realty. Marc and his wife live in Loveland Colorado with their four children.

Margaret makes problems go away! As an Executive Property Manager with over 15 years in the industry, Margaret works with both large and small real estate investors handling their rental properties. “It’s exciting to see how people use real estate to diversify their investment portfolio”, says Margaret. Prior to Grace Management, Margaret worked as a Director of Property Management and a Division Director in IT. When not in the office, Margaret enjoys spending time with her husband and her 3 kids going hiking, biking and eating out as a family.
