Job Title:
Executive Property Manager / New Account Specialist
Grace Property Management is one of the most experienced and respected full-service residential property management companies in the Denver metro area. We don’t just manage properties—we improve the lives of real estate investors and residents through smart, ethical, and effective housing solutions.
We’re looking for an Executive Property Manager / New Account Specialist who is passionate about real estate and ready to be part of the solution for housing in Denver—not just someone looking for a job. If you're motivated, driven, and want to make an impact, we want to hear from you.
This role offers the best of both worlds: the flexibility of working as a licensed real estate agent/independent contractor, combined with the consistency of managing an established portfolio of single-family homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of single-family, townhomes, and condos throughout the Denver metro area
- Meet with prospective owner-clients to present and sell our services
- Coordinate resident move-outs and process security deposit returns
- Oversee the make-ready process on vacant homes
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests on occupied homes
- Maintain strong relationships with both residents and property owners
- Follow up with prospective owner leads who are considering partnering with us
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong moral and ethical foundation—integrity is non-negotiable
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential property management
- Active Colorado real estate license
- Personable, likeable attitude
- Strong work ethic and the ability to self-motivate
- Confidence balanced with humility
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while following proven systems and processes
Compensation:
This is an Independent Contractor position.
Compensation is DOE (depends on experience), including a base pay plus commissions.
Once established, our Executive Property Managers consistntly earn $90,000+ annually.
