We’re looking for an Adminstrative Accountant who wants more than just a J-O-B. This role offers stability, growth opportunities, and the chance to be part of the solution for housing in Denver.
What You’ll Do:
As an Administrative Accountant, you’ll work closely with our Director of Accounting to keep tenant accounts accurate and compliant. You’ll handle daily accounting tasks, communicate with residents, and support our Executive Property Managers with smooth and efficient processes.
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Preparing and posting daily bank deposits into accounting software
- Answering phone calls and emails from residents regarding deposit returns
- Processing non-sufficient payment returns
- Generating legal letters and invoices
- Preparing security deposit refund statements
- Reconciling monthly credit card accounts
- Assisting with independent contractor payouts and commercial CAM reconciliations
- Following and completing internal checklists

- Manage a portfolio of properties throughout the Denver metro area
- Direct point of contact for your portfolio including owners, residents, and vendors while maintaining strong relationships
- Meet and follow up with prospective owner-clients who have contacted Grace Management to present our services
- Coordinate resident move-outs and process security deposit returns
- Oversee the make-ready process on vacant homes
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- A strong moral and ethical foundation—integrity is non-negotiable
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential property management
- Active Colorado real estate license
- Personable, likeable attitude
- Strong work ethic and the ability to self-motivate
- Confidence balanced with humility
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while following proven systems and processes
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests on occupied homes
What We Offer:
- This is an Independent Contractor position.
- Compensation is based on experience, including a base pay plus commissions.
- Once established, our Executive Property Managers consistntly earn $80,000+ annually.
